Are there parking options at Congress Centrum Alpbach?

Yes. The CCA offers a total of 113 underground parking spaces and five EV charging stations. However, we recommend parking directly at your accommodation and walking the short distance to Congress Centrum Alpbach. We generally advise opting for climate-friendly travel by public transport. Service dogs for guests with disabilities are allowed at Congress Centrum Alpbach. Otherwise, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed at our venue.

Can I bring my own service providers?

The CCA is your one-stop shop for event organisation. From technology to catering, we operate at the highest level. If you plan to bring your own service providers, please discuss your wishes with our organisation team in advance. We collaborate with regional partners who specialise in environmentally friendly solutions and are familiar with the venue.

How does billing work?

Your CCA project manager will support you throughout the event. After successful completion, you will receive a paperless invoice detailing the services rendered. Payment is made via bank transfer.

Are there parking spaces for organisers?

Each event includes a free allocation of three parking spaces in the underground car park. We support suppliers who use sustainable logistics solutions. Plus, the CCA has five EV charging stations.

How can suppliers deliver to the CCA?

Deliveries can be made directly to the underground car park, using the freight elevator. Lorry access and delivery to Congress Centrum Alpbach and the underground car park is possible for vehicles up to four metres in height. What happens in case of a cancellation?

We strive to handle such situations resourcefully and offer flexible, sustainable cancellation options. Further details on our cancellation policy are available in your event contract.
