The CCA is your one-stop shop for event organisation. From technology to catering, we operate at the highest level. If you plan to bring your own service providers, please discuss your wishes with our organisation team in advance. Your CCA project manager will support you throughout the event. After successful completion, you will receive a paperless invoice detailing the services rendered. Payment is made via bank transfer.

Each event includes a free allocation of three parking spaces in the underground car park. We support suppliers who use sustainable logistics solutions. Plus, the CCA has five EV charging stations.

Deliveries can be made directly to the underground car park, using the freight elevator. Lorry access and delivery to Congress Centrum Alpbach and the underground car park is possible for vehicles up to four metres in height.
