Sustainability runs like a common thread throughout Alpbach's event planning and organisation. As a guest, you can feel this both at the CCA and at our partner businesses, where, for example, you can start your day with regional products at breakfast.
We select our sustainable partners based on strict criteria. Ecological aspects and high service and product quality are just as important to us as the motivation to work together towards sustainability. With short distances and supply chains within the village and a high concentration of eco-certified businesses, Alpbach provides the ideal setting for this.
„KlimaWerkstatt Alpbachtal" also creates a fertile ground for sustainable ideas and climate protection. The collaboration between the municipalities of Alpbach, Brixlegg, Kramsach, Münster and Reith i.A., in close cooperation with the Alpbachtal tourism region, initiates and supports projects in the fields of renewable energy, eco-friendly mobility and climate change adaptation.
Sustainable catering
Providing our guests with culinary treats is central to the CCA’s event organisation philosophy. That’s why it’s important to us also to set a positive example in this area.
Our exclusive caterer is certified with the Austrian Ecolabel and provides event participants with regional, sustainable delicacies around the clock. Many of our accommodation partners also carry this quality seal. This way, event organisers and local partner businesses work together in offering our guests only the very best and in sustainably strengthening the Alpbachtal valley.
