A special location for special events: Congress Centrum Alpbach is your premier choice for congresses, meetings and incentives with character. Our architecturally intriguing building is built into the hillside, blending harmoniously with the stunning natural landscape of the Alpbachtal valley.

Exciting on the outside, impressive on the inside: Although much of the building runs underground, it is wonderfully bright, with abundant natural light in all rooms.

Maximum flexibility: Spread across two levels, multifunctional spaces of varying sizes with movable walls provide the ideal setting for every event format. Whether it’s for a gala reception or a plenary session with more than 800 guests: With its diverse exhibition spaces and combinable seminar rooms, the CCA offers almost limitless design possibilities.

Bespoke & individual

Level 1 West

Level 1 West of the CCA boasts a spacious entrance area and the Europa Foyer, ideal for guest registration. Movable walls allow for flexible room arrangements. For instance, the three seminar rooms Flora, Heiss and Rogger, along with the impressive Herz-Kremenak plenary hall, can be connected to form a large hall accommodating up to 850 guests. Alternatively, by opening all the walls, you can create a vast exhibition space, including the Europa Foyer, which has a glass front overlooking the forecourt.

Light-filled & adjustable

Level 1 East

On Level 1 East, you can experience a unique atmosphere created by the CCA’s distinctive light cone. Five seminar rooms with natural light from the foyer provide ideal conditions for breakout sessions and can be flexibly combined. The rooms Liechtenstein and Hayek, as well as Koestler and Einem, can each be merged into larger units. What’s more, the Popper hall features a large window front with direct views to the outside.

Level 2

On Level 2 of the CCA, a true highlight awaits: the sun terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Alpbach mountains. The Schrödinger plenary hall, too, offers picturesque vistas of the local landmark mountain, the Gratlspitz, and features an integrated clay wall that contributes to a particularly pleasant room climate.

Outdoor area

The outdoor areas of Congress Centrum Alpbach offer a variety of ways to enhance your event. For instance, adjacent to the terrace, the flower meadow provides a special highlight. Located on the CCA’s green roof, it is the perfect spot for one-of-a-kind event formats or relaxed breaks. The forecourt directly connects to the impressive glass front of the Europa Foyer and offers a wonderful backdrop for evening events or displaying larger exhibits.
