Congress Centrum Alpbach is easily accessible from your accommodation – either on foot or via shuttles, which we are happy to organise for you. With the Alpbachtal Card, individual guests can use regional buses free of charge. We also provide special support for people with disabilities, ensuring suitable transfer options are available.
One contact person for all matters
Your dedicated contact person at Congress Centrum Alpbach will handle all your booking-related tasks. As an incoming travel agency, we offer this comprehensive service year-round for you and your guests.
Our project managers maintain constant communication with local accommodation providers and partners, including bus and taxi companies, mountain cableways and culinary establishments. This close collaboration ensures that all aspects of your event run smoothly.
Room reservations
Please inform the CCA team of the number of rooms needed and any special requirements – and we’ll take care of the rest.
Our booking service:
- Group bookings: We will clarify the number of rooms required with you. Your CCA project manager will then handle the room reservation process for the entire group and send you a booking confirmation.
- Individual bookings: In this case, we will be in direct contact with the participants and can respond to personal requests and concerns on an individual basis. We will provide a link to our booking platform, allowing your guests to contact us directly and manage their bookings themselves. The entire process is streamlined, requiring no effort from your side. It’s also possible to obtain travel insurance to cover any eventualities.
