We are pleased to count you among the participants of the European Forum Alpbach. The accommodation offered on our booking platform shows all current availability. Below you can make your room booking in just a few steps. Please note the following details:

• Room bookings are only possible for specific modules (three nights, over the entire period of the respective module) and with a valid ticket for the European Forum Alpbach 2025.
• Please reserve your room under the name under which the ticket was issued.
• It may take up to 5 working days for your credit card to be charged and for you to receive your reservation confirmation.
• Depending on availability, you can book individual nights via our remaining space exchange offer; a valid ticket is not mandatory.

Please note that room bookings are made at non-refundable rates, free cancelations or changes are not possible. Should you nevertheless wish to cancel, please do so exclusively in writing via rooms@alpbach.at. ATG may charge costs for changes to invoices (e.g. address changes, splits, etc.) that become necessary due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the booker or traveler. 

When entering and authorising the credit card details, an amount of EUR 0,00 will be displayed. As a next step your credit card will be debited with the corresponding amount and you will receive your invoice once the amount has been debited.
